Fan Expo is over!

Thanks so much to everyone who stopped by my table! I had a such a great time, wore my MF TRAVALE shirt, met so many people and I didn’t lose my voice even though I was recovering from a cold! The worst part about conventions is I never get to talk to people for as long as I want to! The convention was packed all weekend which was great but I hardly got to see any of the floor other than the awesome Tron Legacy display which I just couldn’t let myself miss checking out. Of course I didn’t take nearly enough photos, as usual. Now it’s back to work to meet a deadline for Crown Royale Vol. 00 that is going to debut at Yaoi con 2010 and get ready to move to go to school to learn some animation skills at Sheridan College. Everyone go out and enjoy the last bit of summer vacation that’s left!

Las Vegas!

I just got back from an amazing week long trip to Las Vegas! Thanks so much to everyone who recommended things for me to go check out. I visited The Pinball Hall Of Fame, The Liberace Museum, The Atomic Testing Museum, The Hoover Dam, Old Nevada at Bonnie Springs, Frankie’s Tiki Room and wandered through most of the casinos on the Las Vegas Blvd Strip (and not to mention some shopping too)! I was sad the Neon Museum was still closed for repairs but I did go to Freemont streets to see all the restored signs. The weather was so lovely. I miss that dry heat already! I’d take it over the humidity I’m used to here any day. All in all the trip was fantastic and it was a great way to close out the summer before I start school in September. So thanks so much to my family for showing me around one of their old haunts. There’s a bunch more of my photos under the cut!
