The Super Punch Tarot art show is coming up at Bear and Bird Gallery! Check out my King of Coins piece on the flyer!

Also coming up in March is the Wizard World Toronto Comic Con which I was invited to exhibit at. Really excited for that one as it’s my first time attending the show! Hope to see some of you there!

Further down the road in May is TCAF which I will be returning to exhibit at this year! I had such a great time last year and met so many people. I’m really looking forward to this show! Best of all it’s free to attend so everyone should come check it out!

Lastly, Thurop Van Orman has started releasing some images from his new project, Black Forest. Last year he commissioned me to do some text embroidery based off of his design and there it is on the top left corner. Kind of neat to be involved in a tiny way

From Me To You

The holiday show “From Me To You” opened last Saturday at Show & Tell Gallery in Toronto. A good time was had! Thanks so much to everyone who made it out to the opening. The show is on until Jan 29th so make sure to go check it out if you’re in the area! Here’s the five paintings I did for the show.

Richard Fathom and the Stone Of Power

I did this piece for a poster show in Alberta my friend Gabe put on recently. The theme of the show is “Where Are You From?” All of the artists involved were asked to make a piece that reflected their roots. So I focused on my love of adventure stories as a kid and what a huge impact they had on me. So I made up a hero named “Richard Fathom” and surrounded him with enemies that are trying to get their hands on the Stone Of Power!

Stitch Wars Opens Tomorrow!

IT’S A CLOCK!

Here’s the finished clock I made for the Stitch Wars art show that’s coming up on July 18th at Bear and Bird! The clock face is acryla gouache on watercolour paper, the pendants are acryla gouache on wood, and the whole thing takes place on a modded Ikea clock.

This show looks like it’s shaping up to be pretty rad. Have you seen Heidi’s plush frozen Luke and Tauntaun? Or Yummy Pancake’s plush Wookie Cookies?
